Get Your Ingredients Ready:

This is the fun part. There is an art in creating the perfect board. The best part about creating a charcuterie board is how creative you can get. How To Build Your Board

Choose your board. The board makes the charcuterie. Pick between a large cutting board, slate boards, marble or ceramic platters.

Figure out your guest list.

Once you have a guest list, you can figure out how much meat you will need.  Don’t forget to give your guests variety in the types of meat they choose.

The same step as three goes for cheese. Make sure you add a balance of soft and hard cheese.

Add in both your dried and fresh fruit.

Add in your nuts.

Make sure you add in a range of crackers.

Assemble your board!

Tips To Consider:

Preparing a board takes quite a bit of time, to save more time, slice your cheese the night before. Make sure to store them in Tupperware.

With winter gatherings heating up, now is a perfect time to create your first board! If you follow these instructions, you’ll be a board creative master in no time.

If you’re not feeling it this year (who is?) order a beautiful Charcuterie board from Bricco your guests and yourself!
