For Appetizers: Get Our Zucchini Flowers or our Frittura Mista:
You can’t go wrong with our most popular appetizers. Our zucchini flowers features vegetables coated in a crispy tempura batter. On the inside, there’s truffle ricotta cheese that’ll ooze out with every bite. If your date isn’t the biggest truffle fan—not to worry, we’re sure they’ll love our frittura mista instead. Fresh calamari, scallops, shrimp, along with a few surprise onion rings are piled high on a platter. It’s crunchy, salty, and will prove to your date that you know what you’re doing.
For Second Appetizers: Get Our Caesar Salad:
You’ll need some variety on the table, so we recommend adding some greenery. With our caesar salad, a mountain of bibb lettuce is topped with radicchio and parmesan shavings. On the side sits our speciality ricotta polpette, a deep fried ball that’s stuffed with fresh ricotta.
For Entrees: Get the Ricotta Pillows, Brodetto, and the Brick Chicken
You can’t come to Bricco & not order a pasta. If you’ve only got room for one pasta, we recommend ordering our #1 entree, the ricotta pillows. Tossed with black truffle butter, and wild mushrooms, our pillows are a certified crowd pleaser.
Got a taste for seafood? You’ll love our signature brodetto, which features various fish from under the sea. The tomato-based broth includes pieces of lobster, shrimp, swordfish, monkfish, calamari, clams, mussels, and grilled asparagus.
If your date isn’t in the mood for any fish, our brick chicken is a great alternative. Marinated with seven different spices, our half chicken is roasted in the oven with a brick on top. Swiss chard and a tower of mashed potatoes are delicately dressed on the side.
For Dessert: Order Our Cuore Caldo al Chocolate, Crème Brule, or Deconstruted Tiramisú (You can also order all three)
Not sure what kind of sweet tooth your date has? You can play it safe and order our three most popular desserts: bread pudding, caldo al chocolate, and deconstructed tiramisu. Our signature bread pudding features spongey, vanilla bean bread, caramelized banana, and a scoop of vanilla gelato. Our cuore caldo al chocolate is similar to molten chocolate lava cake, and our deconstructed tiramisu imagines the classic Italian dish in a new way. If you decide you’re not still hungry enough for three desserts, we’d recommend going with the bread pudding, but it’s your choice in the end. There’s no wrong decision here.
